1. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm the items, quantities, delivery address, and payment details. Orders cannot be modified once kitchen preparation has started.

2. Pricing

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery fees are shown at checkout. We reserve the right to update prices at any time.

3. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are best-effort. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel an order before kitchen preparation begins. After that, orders cannot be cancelled. See our Refund Policy for details.

5. Allergens

Allergen information is provided where available, but cross-contamination cannot be ruled out. Customers with severe allergies should contact us before ordering.

6. Liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
