Refund Policy

When we refund

We will refund or replace orders in the following cases:

  • Items missing from your delivery
  • Items significantly different from what was ordered
  • Food quality issues (spoiled, undercooked, contaminated)
  • Order cancelled by us before delivery

How to request a refund

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via the Contact page or by phone. Please include your order number and a description of the issue. Photos help us resolve the issue faster.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 3-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellation refunds

If you cancel before kitchen preparation begins, a full refund is automatic. After preparation has started, refunds are at our discretion.

Cash on Delivery

For COD orders, refunds are issued either as store credit or in cash on the next delivery, by mutual agreement.
